All orders and processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Average delivery time is 1-2 weeks based on your location.
International Shipping times vary by location. We've found that the average time is 2-3 weeks for international orders
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase and will vary from store to store. View your checkout details to select your desired shipping option and the cost will be available there.
Bandwagon Stores do not accept returns for "undesired" items or items ordered in the incorrect size. Please review the sizing charts for your items BEFORE placing your order and make sure you're ordering the item you want.
Exchanges are accepted for incorrect / defective items ONLY.

If it's been 2 weeks and no package has yet arrived there could be any number of causes.
If an incorrect address was provided or if UPS or the USPS attempt and fail at delivering your order then it may come back as a return. We will contact you right away in the instance of this happening and re-verify your address and possibly obtain a new address for re-delivery
Very rarely will a package be lost in the mail but these things do happen.

Unfortunately a majority of our orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail and tracking is not available. If you've opted for your order to be shipped UPS or if your order is of a substantial size to be shipped UPS you will receive an e.mail with your tracking info once the order goes out the door.
Foil prints, while looking cool, only last as long as they're cared for properly. Foil prints should be washed inside out in cold water by themselves and hung to dry. Any deviation from this will cause the foil to give out much faster than it would otherwise.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns / exchanges for foil items.
While that's not really a question we understand your concern. Have you checked your junk mail folder? It's it's not in there did you enter your e.mail address incorrectly when you checked out / created your account? Login to your account and confirm that the order is indeed there. If not then something went awry and your order was not received.
